With over twelve years of experience in Intellectual Property Law, she specializes in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and IP litigation. She is highly skilled in patent drafting, searches, prosecution, and enforcement across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and emerging technologies.

Dr. Keerti has worked with startups, research institutions, and multinational corporations, helping them protect, commercialize, and enforce their intellectual property rights both in India and internationally (including the US and UK). Shiv Gupta, Advocate
